Who we are

The operator of thriveads.agency and the controller of your personal data is ThriveAds s.r.o., with its registered office at Na Folimance 2155/15, 120 00 Prague 2 – Vinohrady, Czech Republic, Company ID No. 22485236, VAT ID No. CZ22485236, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 417297.

What data we process and why

You may provide personal data through the contact forms on this website. We process your name, email address, and message, and, optionally, your website or online store address and the area you are interested in. A submitted form is stored in our database and sent to our private Slack workspace as our internal lead inbox so that we can respond.

Providing personal data is voluntary. We cannot respond to a contact request without your name, email address, and message, which is why those fields are required.

If you email or call us directly, we process the information you choose to share during that communication.

We use personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • Responding to your inquiry and discussing potential cooperation – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
  • Keeping a record of communications and, where necessary, establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interests).
  • Protecting the inquiry form against automated abuse – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in keeping the website and contact channel secure and available).

We protect forms from spam with a hidden technical field known as a honeypot, which does not collect any information about you. We also derive a keyed, pseudonymous digest from the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the raw IP address in the contact database. The website does not offer registration or user accounts. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we retain data

We retain the contact-form submission in the website database for 24 months from the date it is submitted and then delete that database record. Any follow-up communication is handled separately and is not part of this website-database retention process. If our cooperation results in a contract, we retain accounting and contractual records for the period required by law.

The Slack notification is a separate copy of the submitted name, email address, message, inquiry source, and internal submission identifier. It is governed by the retention settings of our private Slack workspace and is not deleted by the website-database cleanup.

Form rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and are removed by an automated daily cleanup.

Who receives personal data

We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party marketing. The following service providers help us operate the website and handle inquiries:

  • Vercel – website hosting and delivery, with the application backend configured in an EU region
  • Cloudflare – content delivery and website security
  • Neon – database hosting in an EU region
  • Slack – our private internal lead inbox, which receives the submitted name, email address, message, inquiry source, and internal submission identifier
  • the email service provider for the info@thriveads.agency mailbox

If a provider processes personal data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies or any analytics scripts. That is why there is no cookie banner. A visit generates only technically necessary traffic; your IP address may appear in the security and operational logs of the infrastructure on which the website runs.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectify inaccurate personal data,
  • erasure of your personal data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

If you believe that we process your personal data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Effective date and changes

This policy is effective as of July 26, 2026. If the way we process personal data changes, we will update this policy and publish the new version on this page.
